We love getting to know our clients! During this phase we get to know you and your project goals, and identify how you live or work in the space.
DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT

During this phase we create the program for your space and conceptualize the design. We create visual aids and provide material samples.
PROCUREMENT
+ TRADE WORK

Once the design is approved we get to work on making it happen. We source and order all necessary items for installation.
INSTALLATION

In the final phase of our design process we work with the contractor of your choice to make sure all items are installed as designed.

New Construction We offer full-service design for new construction projects, which means we handle the multitude of "to-do's" that come with making decisions for new construction.
Full - Service Design This is a turnkey service, perfect if you're wanting us to collaborate with your contractor and trades to execute the design. We handle every aspect of the process, from initial concepts to overseeing construction. This is a comprehensive service that includes in-person design, purchasing, project management and installation
1:1 Design Consultation Not sure you need something as in-depth as full-service design? We offer 1:1 design consultations to share our expertise and knowledge even if you aren't working with us on a full project. Whether you need help with your room layout, furniture selection, or material selection, we can help give you tangible direction and advice to move your project forward.
Furnishing & Styling With this service we'll design, source and install furniture, objects, and accessories to make your space look and feel comfortable and stylish. This includes all pieces of furniture, such as chairs, sofas, tables, and dressers, as well as lighting fixtures, wall hangings, and other decorative objects.

Rose Lake Design was an easy choice for an interior designer when we were remodeling our kitchen, family room, and dining room. Lylah helped us through every step of the way. She created detailed design pictures for our contractor to execute. Through the many decisions we faced during the construction process Lylah was responsive and knowledgeable. I first started following Lylah on Instagram @roselakedesign to get an idea of her aesthetic and quickly fell in love with her style and design inspiration. From there, it was easy to connect with her and begin the process of renovating my family's new home! Lylah provided a comprehensive service, including story boards for each room we worked on that detailed various design options-- from rugs, to furniture, paint colors, lighting, hardware, you name it. Lylah takes into account the big picture, ensuring your home feels cohesive and organic. She not only worked with me, but also our general contractor and numerous vendors to help coordinate orders/shipments, and execute project deadlines. I can't emphasize enough how EASY Lylah made the intimidating process of renovation. We couldn't be happier with the end result, and while we don't plan on moving any time soon... we will definitely plan to work with Lylah again sometime in the future!
